Wuwei (無為) and Ziran (自然)
Daoism emerged as a spontaneous, experiential way of being before later codification into doctrine and technique. Reading wúwéi (無為) and zìrán (自然) through early graphs reveals an embodied ethic of emptiness and spontaneous arising rather than willful control. Against the modern drive to systematize qi-cultivation, the essay argues for humility, direct encounter, and a “wild” path in which practice follows reality, not the other way around.
