This site is an educational resource for anyone who would like to understand East Asian Medicine better. It includes explorations into early Chinese philosophy, medical theory, etymology and symbolism, as well as the translation and commentary of early written works. One of the unique aspects of the site is that academic knowledge is vetted by and integrated with experiential understanding in order to bring more clarity to concepts that tend to be ambiguous or mistranslated without the insights that can only be obtained from direct experience.
